I work well within a team of i can work on my own . I am a self motivated person . Always think positive . Good time keeper . Follows all policy’s in the work place . Good listener and will always treat people with respect .

I have had experience in managing my father’s business . A team of staff whilst being employed as a manager in fitness centre whilst there i gave training to an autistic young person . I have worked briefly as team leader in KFC .

Was educated up to A Level standard .

I have qualified at a level 3 on fitness and personal trainer at Bournemoutu University.
