• Proactively managing and responding to the estate director’s inbox, diary and calls. 

• Ensuring all relevant details are provided to estate manager prior to meetings. 

• Organising meetings, calling clients to acknowledge business relation continuity, assisting with travel, expenses, invoices and payroll. 

• Continually ensuring compliance, health and safety audits and training records are aligned to the required policies and procedures. In addition, fire and bomb threat procedures.

• Creating monthly financial forecasts aligned with Stoke Park’s financial targets and required projects. 

• Organising Stoke Park events -Boodles, Fireworks Night, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, Under Armour and other networking events, as well as engaging in LinkedIn posts. I organised the 2024 Christmas Party for approx. 100 employees independently. 

• Taking a proactive approach in the introduction of systems to automate operations and recommend improved ways of working/cost control.
