● Provide targeted product training for clients with low engagement, either in person or virtually, to improve retention rates.
● Coached and mentored team members to achieve sales targets through regular performance reviews and strategic account allocation.
● Achieved 25% year-on-year team revenue growth and 24% personal revenue growth in FY23/24, followed by 18% team growth and 21% personal revenue growth in FY24/25.
