I am a Project Finance Controller with over 10 years’ experience working across UK and international projects in infrastructure, engineering, healthcare, and professional services. I enjoy working closely with senior leaders and project teams to keep projects commercially sound through strong financial control, realistic forecasting, and effective cash flow management. I am particularly interested in improving financial processes, managing risk, and making sure financial information is clear, timely, and useful for decision-making.
Alongside my technical experience, I have managed and developed finance teams, including overseas direct reports, and value building strong relationships, clear accountability, and consistent ways of working. My background covers full project lifecycle finance, consolidated P&L and intercompany reporting, audits and year-end accounts, and the use of ERP systems such as Oracle, Sage 50, Xero, QuickBooks, and Kyriba, supported by strong Excel skills and a practical, collaborative approach.
