I have strong experience across customer service (telephone and face-to-face), operational, and people-focused roles. Since joining ACG in 2022 as a New Business Pay-outs Executive, I was responsible for processing insurance invoices accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced operational role. After two years, I progressed to People Experience Co-ordinator, supporting HR administration and day-to-day people activities while helping to improve employee experience.
Alongside this, I achieved my CIPD Level 3 qualification, demonstrating my commitment to professional development. Previously, I spent seven years at Motique Plastics in a production and operations role, managing high-volume orders, maintaining quality standards, and meeting tight deadlines. This role strengthened my organisation, attention to detail, adaptability, and teamwork skills while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Production and Operations - Motique Plastics
(2015-01 - 2022-01)
I worked alongside a colleague to manage the resin room, overseeing the organisation and production of several thousand resin badge orders for caravans and motorhomes. A key responsibility of the role was ensuring all orders were completed and delivered on time, while consistently meeting exceptionally high quality standards. The role required a high level of attention to detail, particularly when completing the final stages of customer orders.
This involved carefully operating and multitasking the resin machinery, using various computer programmes to produce different badge specifications. Strong organisational skills were essential, as multiple orders were managed simultaneously, often with changing priorities and tight deadlines. Working within a small, family-run team, clear communication and flexibility were vital to maintaining smooth operations and delivering a positive customer experience.
