About

I am an MSc Events and Hospitality Leadership graduate with a passion for delivering exceptional service and seamless event experiences. I bring a blend of academic and practical experience, with a diverse background in event coordination and the performing arts.

My MSc programme equipped me with expertise in research, event planning, and proposal development. I analysed data from diverse sources, identified performance indicators, and presented findings through detailed reports, incorporating visuals and testimonials.

As a Welcome Host at Tower Bridge, I collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with guides, ticketing staff, management, and security to ensure smooth operations. I excel in delivering exceptional customer service.

I am also a Personal Assistant to the director of a disabled people’s organisation named ALLFIE (the Alliance for Inclusive Education), which campaigns for the inclusion of disabled people in education. This role has deepened my understanding and commitment to creating inclusive spaces. My responsibilities include managing busy diaries and coordinating logistics for meetings and events.

My other accomplishments include amassing over 50,000 TikTok views and 15,000 YouTube views; walking the runway at Fashion Show Live; receiving recognition from industry professionals such as Chad Ra’shun, Snoh Aalegra, and Jazmine Sullivan for my musical performances online; studying in the Music department at The Brit School and serving as a Music Ambassador for the school; working and performing with Broadway and West End professionals and musical directors at Hackney Empire; and being a finalist in the R&B category of the USA Songwriting Competition.

Experience

I am an Events and Hospitality professional with an MSc in Events and Hospitality Leadership and experience in event coordination, customer service, and the performing arts. My roles as a Welcome Host at Tower Bridge and Personal Assistant for a disability inclusion organisation showcase my expertise in event logistics, team collaboration, and creating inclusive experiences. As a creative professional, I have achieved recognition as a singer, songwriter, performer, and Fashion Show Live model, with training from The Brit School and accolades in the music industry.

I bring a unique blend of academic knowledge, professional experience, and creative insight to the events and hospitality sectors.
