Subsequently, I took on the challenge of establishing a new division within a telecommunications organisation, a sector deeply ingrained in my family's heritage. From its inception, I meticulously grew this division across 16 locations in Europe, leading a team of over 32 individuals. My hands-on approach extended to conducting research and development initiatives, fostering key relationships with prominent mobile network operators such as Lyca Mobile, Jersey Airtel, and Tata, among others.
