I conducted interviews and wrote about food, wine and spirits. I was responsible for entire story life-cycles: pitching, researching and writing.
I was also required to manage and sub-edit content at a very detailed level:
· rewriting headlines and captions, and reformatting the printed edition for online viewing
· ensuring detailed consistency across all web and social media platforms.
· updating the Customer Management System (CMS)
· image editing in Photoshop.
· compiling design pages
Administration: weekly budgets, invoices, reader giveaways, picture editing.

CO-FOUNDER, CINAMMON CLOVE CAKES A very early entrant in, the now thriving, market of wheat-free, gluten-free and dairy-free cakes.
Our range was stocked in stores in London and Surrey, including Fresh & Wild (now Wholefoods) branches, Tom’s Deli, in Westbourne Grove, Daunt books and Garson’s in Esher.
I developed recipes and baked all products.
I designed and managed the branding and website.
I ensured regular and strong coverage in national newspapers and magazines such as Marie Claire, Zest, Wedding and the Daily Mail.
