Oliver Bird

i am a store manager for a major retailer. I have worked within retail management my whole career starting at 18. For six years I have managed various size teams and stores, across Kent and london. Within my job I have looked after Multi sites and completed projects that have been rolled out nationally.

I love inspiring people and knowing they enjoy coming to work. Its an absolute honour and the best feeling to support colleagues who want to progress and get them to that level. i strive to achieve the best for my teams and the business daily and look for a new larger opportunity to accommodate this.
