Property Maintenance Assistant – Summer 2023
While working as a Property Maintenance Assistant, I carried out duties including painting, decorating, site clearance and furniture removals. I worked on properties which had come to the end of their tenancy that were redecorated and had improvements done such as electrical and plumbing work. This gave me great experience working alongside different groups of people ensuring the work we did was of a high level and completed within the time frames given.
