I am passionate about the food industry and want to continue to grow as a professional in operations. My time in contract catering has required me to take on a wide variety of duties where I have enthusiastically applied my experience and skillset to have a significant impact to the industry. I’ve had the pleasure to work with outstanding professionals in an industry of which my personal culinary passions can be combined with my refined skillset.
My previous roles have given me the opportunity to manage people, implement operational processes, execute business decisions, and meet leading industry figures. I have a record of taking ownership of demanding projects; from conception and driving them toward completion which has been an invaluable experience. I look forward to taking on a new role with a greater scope of responsibility to apply my commercial, process driven and operation skills in an industry I am passionate to work in.
