I am Ozen Sengulen, looking for a Business Analyst position.

I have a strong track record of research experience in education and health, with a solid understanding of both qualitative and quantitative methods. I have gathered and analyzed requirements through surveys, structured reviews, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that findings are clearly documented and aligned with project objectives. I am proficient in analyzing complex datasets using SPSS and Excel, and in translating findings into actionable insights to support evidence-based decision-making.

In addition to my research background, I have experience supporting individuals with mental health conditions and learning disabilities. This has strengthened my ability to work collaboratively in teams and liaise effectively with stakeholders to promote positive outcomes.

I hold an MSc in Psychology with distinction, where I developed a strong foundation in research methodology. My academic training gave me experience in both qualitative and quantitative research, including literature review, ethical approval, participant recruitment, data collection and analysis, and report writing.

I was awarded 85/100 for my dissertation on decision-making under risk, where I applied advanced quantitative techniques to identify patterns and support recommendations. This approach is directly transferable to evaluating business challenges and providing data-driven solutions.

My academic experience also strengthened my proficiency in Microsoft Office, SPSS, and Qualtrics for survey design and analysis. It demonstrates not only my knowledge of research methods but also my ability to manage projects, work independently and collaboratively, and deliver high-quality outputs within strict deadlines.
