With a foundation in electronic engineering and chartered accountancy, I combine deep technical acumen with commercial and financial governance expertise.
I have led portfolios exceeding £60m, including ICT and MEP infrastructure for hospitals, care homes, HQ builds, and wellbeing hubs. My track record includes PSTN-to-VOIP transitions, enterprise Wi-Fi and LAN/WAN deployments, and cloud-based system migrations. I managed the authoring of national specifications (e.g.
Mask, now annexed to EN14683:2025), delivered £900k+ annual savings through shared service transformations, and managed stakeholder engagement up to CEO and National Director level.
