I am a senior business leader with over a decade of experience as a Managing Director, CEO, and COO, with full P&L responsibility across SaaS, EdTech, and Legal Tech organisations. My career has focused on leading businesses through periods of growth, transformation, and increased complexity, combining strategic planning with hands-on execution to deliver sustainable commercial results.

I have a strong track record of scaling organisations, including driving more than £2 million in annual recurring revenue growth at Insight Legal Software, achieving over 30% year-on-year ARR growth, and successfully managing post-acquisition integration within a listed company environment. I have led digital and product transformation initiatives, including the launch of new SaaS platforms, learning management systems, e-commerce capabilities, data analytics products, and AI-enabled features to improve both operational efficiency and customer value.

Across multiple EdTech businesses, I have grown teams from early-stage start-ups to organisations of 100+ employees and contractors, diversified revenue streams to reduce commercial risk, and expanded market reach internationally. My experience includes defining product and go-to-market strategy, restructuring organisations for scale, improving delivery performance, and building strong leadership teams and cultures aligned to growth objectives.

I am highly experienced in change management, financial planning, and stakeholder engagement, working closely with boards, investors, regulators, and senior clients across the public and private sectors. With an early career foundation in education and an MBA awarded with distinction, I bring a blend of commercial rigour, digital expertise, and people-centred leadership to complex transformation and growth challenges.

I hold an MBA, B Soc Sc, Higher Diploma in Education and I am CIMA qualified.
