I am a manager with 35 years of canning experience . Have worked in several can plants , home and abroad . I am highly motivated and focus driven in everything that I do . I am a true believer in developing and getting the most out of people by empowering them to achieve given targets .
I have vast knowledge of can making having worked in most areas as an engineer and later as a team leader . The last 5 years have been as a shift manger . Several years ago I took a teaching qualification enabling me to be a trainer . This gives me the opportunity to develop my team through coaching .
Most relevant education is a previously mentioned the recognised teaching qualification . My initial qualification is a HNC in mechanical and production engineering .
