I have worked hard to make myself one of the most reliable, hardworking members of the team. I am one of the few with the ability to successfully manage a weekend shift at the busiest McDonald’s in the UK. This includes overseeing up to 75 people over many different streams of production (Instore, Drive-thru and delivery), controlling shifts to minimize expenditure during fluctuating demands over periods of the day, ensuring food safety and daily checks are being completed, followed up on any issues, check all machines and equipment is present, calibrated, and operational, responsible for cash control and safe management.
These roles are crucial to the daily running of the shift, and I am one of the most experienced and praised managers in this store.
I have completed my A Levels achieving grades A in business, B in Economics and C in maths at wirral grammar school for boys
