I am a Senior Supply Chain Professional with vast experience in the complete End to End Supply Chain field managing at a European level. My experience includes the following:-

• Responsible for 17 plants in 10 countries (Including Russia)
• Advanced project work for Industry 4.0
• Extensive experience in 1st Tier Automotive and manufacturing.
• Covered all aspects of a Supply Chain Management remit. (Includes: Procurement, Strategy and Budget setting, S&OP, Material and Production Planning, Warehousing and Logistics).
• Managed at a Senior European and UK level involving multisite management supplying all the major Automotive OEM’s.
• Product range has included, Automotive seating, carpets and acoustics, metal pressings and plastic injection moulding and engine manufacturing.
• Full comprehension of the pressures and expectations of modern manufacturing, post pandemic supply chain and the focus on costs and quality.
• Adept in managing within JIT environments building to sequence and delivering direct to the OEM production line.
• Experienced in implementing ERP / MRP systems.

I have a full understanding of manufacturing and supply chain methods and have implemented and coached Kaizen, Kanban and Lean Manufacturing principles in all plants. My results to date have been achieved by working closely with the teams around me and I have a collaborative management style, implementing change with cross functional teams thus improving communication and results.

My lead and coaching role as a senior manager implementing Quality Standards, Environment Standards, Manufacturing Standards, vehicle and product launches through project management has bought excellent results. These results focusing on cost reductions throughout the complete supply chain. Supplier development and resource of material to Eastern Europe and Asia being a major focus at times.Negotiating 3rd party subcontracting where required due to capacity constraints.
