Function Deployment (QFD) matrix.

• Manufacturing Process Review & Optimisation- Identified multiple improvement areas,

process and implemented automation and elimination of additional processes, resulting in ~

reduction of 300 effort hours per annum.

• Manufacturing Process Layout Optimisation- Based on multiple process learnings and requirements got an opportunity to work on factory manufacturing process layout and redesigning, resulting in ~ 2,00,000 sq. ft. of space optimised, ultimately land cost savings.
• Digital Transformation- Identified processes and data that can be monitored and handled digitally, resulting in ~ 10 % improved efficiency, smart manufacturing, digital evolution running on data and information for various processes.

Undergone the course wherein the following modules were covered. Supply Chain Analytics, Supply Chain Strategy and Sustainability, Inventory and Operations Management, Information Systems and E-business, Warehousing, Physical Network Design, Accounting and Finance, S&OP, Retail Logistics, Resilient Supply Chains, Performance Measurement, Freight Transport, Procurement Strategies. Got knowledge about end to end supply chain and its applications and necessity in the existing age.
