I’m a Master’s graduate in Culinary Arts Management from University College Birmingham, currently working as an NPD Manager at Scheff Foods Ltd. I have hands-on experience across the FMCG and foodservice sectors, with a strong focus on recipe development, menu design, kitchen setup, and staff training. My background spans leading NPD projects from concept to launch, streamlining production processes, managing teams, and maintaining high quality and profitability standards.
I’ve also worked with multiple brands in both the UK and India, developing menus and products for restaurants and retail—from ready-to-eat meals and curry pastes to sauces and pickles. I’m passionate about creating innovative culinary solutions and am always eager to take on new challenges that combine creativity, technical expertise, and strategic development.
I hold a Master’s degree in Culinary Arts Management from University College Birmingham, where I developed strong skills in food innovation, business management, and product development. Prior to that, I completed an Advanced Diploma in Hotel Management and dual undergraduate degrees in Hospitality Management and Tourism Management through the University of West London and Indira Gandhi National Open University. My education has given me a solid foundation in both the creative and operational sides of the culinary and hospitality industries.
