I have a breadth of experience successfully project managing the delivery of NPD and EPD within the food industry over the last 20 years. I have successfully launched product and packaging concepts at speed whilst to budget as a food retailer and manufacturer. Adhering to the use of a stage gate process, creating detailed critical paths for internal and external cross functional teams and defining clear ownership of tasks have all been integral in my project delivery. Holding regular project meetings, updating the senior leadership team, assessing risks and challenging the cross-functional team when necessary have also been equally important. Through this experience I have a adopted an effective toolkit for efficient highly organised and executed launches, delivering on time and to budget.
