I am part of the advisory team which supports the life cycle of all employees and Partners of the Firm, from on-boarding through to off-boarding. I am also part of the Salary & Benefits team supporting with reward based quires.
Salary & Benefits Main Duties:
- Being first point of contact for all Salary & Benefits related quires
- Supporting the Rewards Manager with quires and administrate tasks
- Liaising with our benefit providers in making sure all employees have a smooth benefits experience
- Liaising with accounts in making sure invoices are paid on time
- Assisting with the monthly benefit induction for all new joiners
- Using excel vlookup to produce updated benefit spreadsheets.
- Working closely with the People Systems Manager to ensure all benefits are processed in line with payroll deadlines.
Advisory Main Duties:
- Preparing all employee lifecycle related paperwork (Salary, Department, Job changes, Contracts and Leaver Letters)
- Liaising with our pre-employment screening provider regarding pre-employment checks
- Working with the wider People Team, ensuring everything is in line ahead of a joiners first day
- Ensuring the upkeep of our People System (Success factors) inputting and updating data accordingly
- Working alongside Payroll to ensure all monthly salary details are correct, including inputting overtime and one time payments onto the system
- Supporting with running excel reports from the system
