have professional experience working in the restaurant industry, where I developed strong customer service, teamwork, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment. In addition, I have worked as a teacher assistant, supporting classroom activities, helping students with their learning, and assisting teachers with daily tasks. These roles have strengthened my communication skills, responsibility, and ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.

I have completed my university degree in Education in Albania, qualifying as a teacher. In addition, I have successfully completed several professional courses in the United Kingdom, including Supporting Teaching and Learning (Level 2), Mental Health Awareness (Level 1), and Digital Skills (Level 1). These qualifications have strengthened my professional knowledge and practical skills in education and student support.
