Since starting employment at the age of 16, I have a variety of experience in hospitality, customer service, marketing and sales.
My current role consists of taking responsibility for quarterly and annual reports for the Local Authority in regards to complaint data for each directorate such as Children's Social Care, Adult Social Care, Corporate Services, Highways, Communities and Resources. Furthermore, I conduct administration tasks for the Customer Relations Team including amendments to our Customer Relations Management (CRM) system to improve efficiency and ensure that we follow processes in line with the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman (LGSCO) guidance.
Finally, I take ownership of my own personal complaint casework, adhering to statutory timeframes and providing excellent customer service to constituents.
Upper Second Class Honours (2:2) - BA (Hons) in Journalism from the University of Lincoln.
