I am a highly capable and performance driven Social Worker with 18 months experience of working within the public sector to safeguard children, requiring statutory intervention effectively as well as 9 months experience in the Duty and Assessment Team in Oldham. I thrive in high-pressured environments and have the ability to work effectively in a reactive and responsive service area, dealing with safeguarding referrals. I apply a calm, collective and methodical approach whilst working under pressure to prioritise conflicting demands according to assessed risk and service user need to meet challenging deadlines, which are statutorily time bound.
