Rajaram Muthukrishnan has extensive experience of more than 2 decades of IT experience. This encompasses experience as IT project Manager, Senior Service Delivery Manager, Transition Manager etc that includes handling marquee customers in the domains such as Pharma, Automotive, Banking, Telecom etc.
He is a technical savvy consultant as his career growth started as a mainframe developer back in 1996 to handling projects to the very latest technologies that includes Java, Dot Net, Python, AI/ML to name few. His expertise in various technologies spanned across different domains such as Automotive (more than a decade experience), Pharma, Banking , Telecom to name few areas gave him the platform to show his leadership skills followed by collaborative approach, delivery lead sales/revenue growth that was adapted with customers including C-suite customers. Managing and delivery of projects using 3rd Party Vendors (Onshore/Offshore model) is another key forte for him.
His experience managing projects and service delivery in the Automotive domain includes customers like Ford and Nissan with whom his association as Senior Delivery/Account Manager gave him the right platform to show case solutions as a PoC (Eg. AI/ML solution for searching Unstructured to Structured data that will expedite Warranty claims done manually) are his brain child that ended up yielding additional top line revenue. He is also responsible for bottom-line revenue i.e. direct control of P&L as well.
Over and above experience in automative domain (SCM, Warranty, Inbound Logistics, CRM etc) he is also experienced in Pharma industry (Global Manufacturing process) experience.
