I am currently working for Lloyds banking group as a Business Design Manager. In my role, I am responsible for managing content for both GCP and Azure Cloud platforms and is involved in generating how-to guides for the migration of pilot apps to platform teams. During my engagement, I have been developing user documentation, quick reference guides and reviewing blog posts for Lloyd’s Cloud offerings as well as managing learning requirements for the team.
My approach to documentation has been to work closely with the Product Development, User Experience, Design and Training teams to draft the document outline, which I would then complete in collaboration with the team. I have developed document templates for release documentation, user guides and have also been actively involved with developing a tracking analytics for our product library.
Prior to working with IBM Software Labs, my work experience as a Technical Writer involved many multi-national companies, delivering documentation for key projects either as a team leader or as the lead documentation specialist in the team. With a good working knowledge of many of the industry’s leading content development packages and wide variety of business experience, I am confident that my contribution will have an immediate impact on your business.
