Managing confidentiality as well as promoting clients’ physical wellbeing and independence.
Ensuring Care Plans and other information about how to support Service Users are followed.
Informing the Registered Manager or Nominated Deputy of any changes in the needs of Service Users.
Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individual’s support.
Observing pressure areas and skin integrity, and reporting changes to the line manager/GP.
SSCE/GCE, Distinction.
Diploma In Computer Operations, Credit.
National Diploma (ND) Science Laboratory Technology, Credit
Higher National Diploma (HND) Biochemistry, Credit
