I’m a dedicated and people-focused professional with a background in HR, recruitment, and soft skills training. I have over 6 years of diverse experience in Human Resources, customer service, and soft skills training. My background includes working as an HR Manager in both the healthcare and automotive sectors—most notably with Audi Automobiles, where I managed end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a vocational and communication skills trainer, delivering training in professional development, interview preparation, and workplace readiness. These roles helped me build strong communication, mentoring, and relationship-building skills—key strengths I bring to any customer-facing or team-support role.

I hold an MBA in Human Resources from Model Institute of Engineering & Technology (2020–2022), which equipped me with strong knowledge in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development. I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from MBSCET, Jammu University (2011–2016), giving me a solid foundation in analytical thinking and problem-solving—skills that complement my HR and customer service experience
