I am a Business graduate, and have been an Assistant Manager and managed pubs and restaurants for the last 6 years. I am a strong and dedicated leader and always worked closely with my team to hit targets and deliver high standards service for our customers. I'm a dedicated, ambitious and resilient individual, and I can easily adapt and work under pressure.

I'm currently working as a Deputy Manager for Stonegate, running one of the busiest pubs in Essex. Last year the pub generated 1.3 million profit and we are proud to be the best place to be in the area.
