As Shop Manager at Spooks of Haworth, I oversee the operations of a bookshop and holiday let. I possess extensive knowledge of current trends in literature and manage the store's inventory, finances, and staff. I actively use project management tools and maintain business processes and KPIs. I am responsible for the day-to-day running of the shop, including maintaining its cleanliness, arranging displays, and managing social media. Additionally, I create and design the website, respond to inquiries, and train staff members.

From Parkside School, I attained a commendable academic record in my GCSEs, earning grade 7s in Combined Science, English Language, English Literature, History, and Religious Studies, as well as a grade 6 in Psychology. In Mathematics, I achieved a grade 5.

Subsequently, I pursued a Cambridge Technical Level 3 in Health & Social with a merit, followed by a Level 4 Office Administration bundle through Coursegate. I also hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Diploma from the centre of excellence .

• *Higher Education**

Currently, I am enrolled in a TQUK Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration (RQF) through Bradford college and several mini courses through Open learn - Open university. This includes: Data analysis: visualisation in Excel, Digital skills: succeeding in the digital world, Human rights and law, Social psychology and politics.

Beyond my formal education, I have actively engaged in workshops and courses to enhance my skills and knowledge. These include a Foundation Degree Course in Project Management, a Cybersecurity Webinar, a First Aid Course, and an Autism Awareness Course.
