This role was in a canteen in a office block with 300 people. The canteen opened for breakfast and lunch and was usually 250 covers a day. As a kitchen supervisor I worked in the canteen itself serving hot and cold meals, making and serving hot and cold drinks, clearing tables, refilling napkins and condiments as required, operating a cashless till and end of day cashing up.
