- Worked various shifts including nights. My tasks were to assist the current operative with emptying and filling the injection molding machines.
- Further into my placement I was trained on how to operate and supervise the machinery equipment on my own.

- My tasks as team leader were to fill out daily production paperwork, ensure that supply of stock to the team was continuous during the day, reach daily quotas and all together making sure that there was good communication between my team.
- I was also tasked with co-working together with the factory managers to create a clear line of communication. Together, we implemented a transparent manufacturing method, where any changes or adjustments could be achieved with better efficiency and less stress.
