I’m a versatile and motivated professional with over 10 years of experience across digital marketing, project management and operational support. I’m confident working both independently and as part of a team, and I’m quick to pick up new systems, processes and responsibilities.

Throughout my career, I’ve led marketing campaigns, managed e-commerce platforms and supported the delivery of key business projects. I’m comfortable juggling multiple tasks, staying organised under pressure and communicating clearly across departments. Whether I’m handling data, coordinating content or solving problems behind the scenes, I take pride in doing things properly and keeping things running smoothly.

I’m now looking for a new challenge where I can bring my experience, adaptability and practical mindset to a fresh environment.

I have over a decade of varied experience across digital marketing, project management, operations and administration. Most recently, I worked as a Digital Marketing Executive, managing multi-brand content, creating marketing materials and supporting day-to-day operations. Prior to that, I was a Digital Projects Manager, where I led the launch of a B2B e-commerce platform and introduced tools to improve sales efficiency.

Earlier roles include website administration, stock control, parts management and operational support, all of which developed my attention to detail, problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. I’ve also managed my own small business and worked in customer-facing roles, giving me a strong foundation in communication and organisation across a range of industries.

I hold an Access to Higher Education Diploma (A level equivalent)Tresham College, where I also completed GCSE-equivalent qualifications in Maths and English. I have an NVQ level 2 in Business administration from Bexley Training group and I originally gained my GCSEs at Erith Secondary School. My education has given me a solid foundation in communication, numeracy and critical thinking, which I’ve built on through extensive hands-on experience in the workplace.
