A dedicated change practitioner and project manager, my recent projects have been high profile, exceptionally politically charged multi-tier stakeholder digital, data, people and technology challenges affecting thousands of users, at a time of significant public service or investment cutbacks, the ability to believe in and sell the product to users has been key to success.
