A dedicated change practitioner and project manager, my recent projects have been high profile, exceptionally politically charged multi-tier stakeholder digital, data, people and technology challenges affecting thousands of users, at a time of significant public service or investment cutbacks, the ability to believe in and sell the product to users has been key to success.

Using exceptional stakeholder management and relationship skills through my various roles; I bring best value to an organisation sitting between the technical teams and operational services, translating for both. I regard myself as a ‘people person’ and am adept at working within a team and pride myself as always being regarded a ‘safe pair of hands’ to get things done.

• Change planning, interventions and communications and working with external suppliers on the Data Management, Governance and Skills project- By 2025, Defence’s data will be treated as a vital strategic asset. The Data Strategy for Defence outlines the data vision, data rules and plans across Defence delivering a secure, singular, modern Digital Backbone via:
• Defence Data Fabric Connecting users with high-quality data and enables enterprise data capabilities.
• Data Catalogue & Curation Implements the ability to discover Defence data and identify its quality
• Data Skills & Culture Provides career development pathways and data upskilling for all end users
• Data Governance Implement and standardise Data Ownership, Standards and Policies, Rules, and Controls
• Data Architecture Provides blueprints to ensure data flows securely across Defence platforms

• Transformational, IT, Organisational Change at National level
• Leading the Business Change activities for customer facing teams for key delivery milestone delivery of a ten year, £1bn contract, the Public Sector Geospatial Agreement as they evolve into a commercial organsisation. 
• Equipping teams with the necessary education for releases and embedding messaging with regular comms via all channels available.
• Facilitating and pioneering hybrid ways of working during covid, making use of newer platforms to excite and engage our audience.

• Transformational Change at Global level
• Multi-role, promoted to Portfolio Lead to oversee the IT Support Services Portfolio
• Business Readiness, stakeholder mapping, innovation and Comms planning
• Global communications and engagement planning and execution using blended channels including Yammer, Email, Skype4Business, Townhalls etc.

• Portfolio IT Change projects at National level
• Specific change management for transition to mobile working, Office 365 and SharePoint, HR App
• Process analysis, improvement and re-engineering change methods to ensure smooth cultural change.
• Chairing stakeholder seminars, instructional sessions and presentations from small groups to 50+ delegates.
• Individual project management of teams within a government public service including post go-live support

• Transition of IT Support to new supplier across 28 sites, including laptop rollout and secure mobile working
• Stakeholder Management of 200+ end users. Supplier and Estates/Facilities management.
• Overall project risk and budget management, working with consultancy, planning and implementation. IT elements: Testing, configuration, training and development for use with a variety of NHS platforms.

• Successfully led the project team in partnership with Devon and Cornwall Police, to manage the transition to a new Command and Control Platform
• Responsible for integrating with Deloitte Consultants on implementing the target operating model using an Agile methodology.
• Ensured that each phase of the project was completed on time and to satisfactory standards, including the management of supplier performance. Developed a positive, cross-organisational change in attitude to the project.

• Project management of individual services within Dorset healthcare Trust Change Team in the move to Electronic Patient Records
• Roll out of Wi Fi through Community Hospitals and mobile working across services.
