I am a positive and enthusiastic individual with 6 years of experience in retail.

I have been given the opportunity to lead, coach and motivate staff.

Currently I work for the Watches of Switzerland Group and I have flourished in my role in two stores. I am a person focussed with outstanding customer service and Client Relationship Management skills.

I have a proven track record of motivating,developing and coaching staff to achieve the highest customer service.

Even as a sales consultant I was given extra responsibilities which encouraged me to step up in a management role. I was asked to delegate tasks to the team, carry out morning meetings, set the team up, coach and support new starters.

I am competent at visual merchandising and I understand how to drive the team forward to maximise sales opportunities. My passion is to create a fun environment where the team can grow while maintaining a high level of customer service. I am now looking to grow with a company that can offer me a role to flourish my management skills, with opportunities to keep on growing within the business.

• Sharing best practice with team, engaging and motivating the team to create the best customer experience in store
• Supporting the team to build a Client database so we do not rely on walk in clients, checking activities (phone calls, emails) ensuring best practice CRM
• Setting the team up for the day, delegating tasks and following up
• Giving tailored and constructive feedback to ensure the team reach targets and drive KPIs forward

Graduate LLB 09/2020- 07/2023

Graduated from my law degree July 2023.

Outside my law degree I was also an events manager of Coventry University Law society, this meant arranging events for the members of the society alongside the president.

Arranging guest talks, since I also had this position while we were all working remotely I planned zoom calls and meetings to make sure the members were flexible and able to skillfully make the law society function.

Doing this alongside my degree had its stresses but it is something that taught me leadership and confidence and I am honoured I was able to achieve what I did.
