I currently work at a client site through DXC Technology, where I provide second-line support across Windows devices, Microsoft 365, networking, and infrastructure services.

I’m comfortable working in fast-paced environments, handling everything from day-to-day user issues to laptop refreshes, site migrations, and more complex technical troubleshooting. I have hands-on experience with Windows administration, Intune, SCCM, Active Directory, and supporting remote users across different locations.

I’m known for being reliable, approachable, and easy to work with, and I take pride in explaining technical issues clearly to non-technical users. I hold active SC clearance, have a full UK driving licence, and I’m flexible with travel or staying away from home when required.

I’m now looking for my next role where I can continue to build my technical skills, add value to a team, and work in an environment that values good support and practical problem-solving.
