• Day to day management of the company’s portfolio, overseeing 5 serviced apartment properties (115 units).
• Regular visits to the units, conducting property/room audits, evaluating damage charges.
• Responsible for handling all guest disputes and complaints.
• Revenue and invoice tracking, working closely with the accounts department.
• Rate management.
• Daily dialogue with clients & OTA’s (online travel agents).
• Conducting show arounds for new clients looking for long term bookings.
• Ensuring all guest arrival information is sent correctly toavoid any issues with the self-check in process.
• Working closely with the reservations team to ensure we are pushing to maximise the occupancy levels across all developments.
• Dialogue with the sales and revenue team to discuss existing and new projects within the city, where possible reaching out to these to offer our services.

Having spent most of my working career in the hospitality industry working my way up from a front desk agent to a reservations manager overseeing 5 properties across Cardiff & Barry with a total of 115 units I feel now is right time to seek a new adventure where I can maximise my key skills and take on a new challenge that will allow me to grow & progress in.
