Highly motivated archaeology and history undergraduate at Lincoln Bishop University with practical experience in surveying, excavations, recording, and finds processing. Current member of Lincolnshire Archaeology Society (LAG). Particularly interest in osteoarchaeology, with hands-on experience working with human remains during fieldwork.

Hoping to complete a postgraduate study specialising in osteoarchaeology later in life. Passionate in seeking to further learn and develop technical and analytical skills through continued fieldwork with a supporting team.

Geophysical Survey and Test Pits at Lincoln Bishop University (2024-05 – 2024-05)

Participated in a Geophysical survey and excavation at Moorland Farm, Lincolnshire with the university for the course.

• Built knowledge on how to set up a survey grid and operated a resistivity metre (RM Frobister, Tar-3).
• Carried out test pit excavations using hand tools including shovels and trowels.
• Maintained clean and accurate section edges during excavation.
• Recorded archaeological contexts through photography and completion in context sheets.
• Produced a written portfolio documenting these methods, skills, and findings.

Geophysical Survey at Lincoln Bishop University (2025-04 – 2025-04)

Participated in a Geophysical survey at South Common, Lincolnshire with the university for the course.

• Expanded my knowledge on setting up survey grids and using the same resistivity metre.

Archaeologist at Norvic Archaeology (2024-06 – 2024-07)

Participated in a 4-week excavation at Haw Hill Lincolnshire, uncovering the remains of a 12th century medieval hospital and cemetery.

• Carried out excavation using hand tools including trowels, shovels, and metal detectors.
• Familiarised myself with recording artefacts, features, and structures.
• Produced detailed site plans and completed context sheets.
• Conducted trench excavations, test pitting, and finds processing.
