About
I'm a passionate and entrepreneurial technology leader with an extensive engineering skill set, customer focus and commercial drive. I love learning, bringing new things to the world and creating inclusive, high-performing teams who can be proud of what they build.
Experience
Over what is now 20+ years of experience, these passions have translated into different roles across retail, e-commerce, Fintech and SaaS - ranging from 100% hands-on coding to executive positions (CTO, VP Engineering, Director/Head of Engineering) to board advisory and coaching. When I'm coding, my stack of choice is Ruby / Rails / JavaScript / React.
