An experienced HR Leader qualified to FCIPD level, with a proven track record in retail, rental, construction and leisure industries, as well as over 10 years’ experience in a not-for-profit organisation. I have Board level experience, and am confident in an environment with ever changing, large and disparate client groups. I have just completed an Executive MBA at Lancaster University.
I have a good understanding of employment law, employee engagement, TUPE, redundancies/restructuring, collective and individual consultation and project management. I have excellent interpersonal skills enabling strong relationships with key stakeholders, together with sound commercial knowledge and effective business partnering skills. I am also qualified to carry out and give feedback on occupational ability tests and 16pf personality profiling.
Having joined my current organisation as a HR Business Partner, I was then promoted to Deputy Head of HR and Governance and now Director of HR.
