Having enjoyed 9 years within the Army as an Administration Assistant and a combined 7 years with Auto Glass Ltd and Vosper’s as a Customer Services Advisor, and 5 years in care I am looking at broadening my career path. I am extremely well motivated with the desire to impress and excel at everything I do. Not only do I offer my life experience but dedication, patience, understanding, loyalty as well as great communication skills.

I lead and aspire my team to support individuals to maintain their independence ready for their next step in their life and also to achieve their aspirations. I support my team and keep them up to date by scheduling Team Meetings. I support my team based on their individual needs, goals and levels of experience.

I maintain employee engagement and performance through my effective leadership, communication, supervisions, and mentoring. I manage finances and other resources, along with legal requirements and standards of care to meet. I assist my Locality Manager in the daily provision of support and activities for people we support to ensure the delivery of a high quality, responsive and effective service.

IAO Level 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care completed August 2024
