I am a caring, reliable and hardworking person with experience supporting children, young people and adults in busy environments. I have specialised experience working with SEND children, those with challenging behaviour, and those living with critical health conditions. I have developed strong patience, empathy and excellent communication skills, and I enjoy helping others and making a positive difference.
