Front Desk/Admin - Greenbridge Community housing

I answered phone calls, dealt with clients on the front desk. I photocopied. I went on a few visits with the housing officer. I learnt how to be patient while dealing with angry clients as the company deals with housing homeless people, who have had substance abuse, convicts so I had to be very pleasant and smile while dealing with the clients at the front desk. I did admin work as well. My communication skills has developed dramatically while working here.
