Shift Management: Organise staff rotas, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate staffing during peak times.
Cash Handling & Till Operations: Supervise transactions, reconcile cash at the end of shifts, and maintain financial accuracy.
Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper storage and rotation of stock.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure hygiene, food safety, and workplace health and safety standards are met at all times.
Performance Monitoring: Support team development through coaching, regular feedback, and performance reviews.
Problem Solving: Quickly address operational issues, from staffing challenges to equipment faults.
Collaboration: Work closely with management to implement promotions, meet sales targets, and improve overall café performance.
