I am an experienced recruiter with experience working within and leading in-house executive recruitment functions as well as within search and selection organisations. I have worked globally across industries and sectors. I am familiar with a number of CRM systems and have used a variety of recruitment tools throughout my career.

I am passionate about first class candidate management and am motivated by making a positive impact to individuals and organisations.

I am skilled at team management and motivation, creating a culture of collaboration and driving team success through leading by example and encouraging first class delivery.

My skill set includes talent pipelining, succession planning, talent intelligence and insight along with 360 recruitment.

I have worked within search and selection organisations , BPO and in-house in global recruitment roles. My experience has focussed on financial and professional services and I have also worked for clients across diverse industries and sectors.

I have a Batchelors degree from the University of Northumbria in Newcastle and a Masters degree from the University of Leeds.
