I have experience working at the Crown Plaza London Gatwick Hotel in Crawley from 2015 to 2022. During my time there, I had the opportunity to work in various roles within the front desk department, including concierge and duty manager. The majority of our clientele were business professionals, and I was able to establish strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
Recently, I began my career at the Holiday Inn Gatwick Worth Hotel in November 2022. Although it is a smaller operation with a smaller team, it is still a bustling environment. As a duty manager, I am responsible for ensuring that the health and safety regulations are being followed, representing the brand, and ensuring that the operation runs smoothly according to company policies and expectations.
I obtained a 4-year diploma in Business Management from Anadolu University between 2001-2006, and a 2-year diploma in Tourism Management from Baskent University between 1997-2001.
