I am a UX Designer and Researcher with a background in Architecture. I am a skilled storyteller in multi-stakeholder settings and have extensive experience in design and project management. I develop product ideas and strategies through business modelling and rapid prototyping, and solve complex problems with a tailored and user-first approach. I create written content about my design, research and business insights to share my learnings.

Career changer with 5 years of practice as an Architect/Interior Designer. I made a natural shift towards digital design within my Architecture firms because I was looking to solve more pressing problems for the business, which paved my pathway into Product Design. I pursued a MSc in UX and now have 2 years of experience as a Product Designer, and freelance with a small business that helps improve UX for other small businesses.

I work across Product Research, planning and conducting surveys, interviews, workshops etc. and Product Design, interpreting research, planning feature strategy, prototyping, testing and collaborating with Business and Development Teams.
