I am currently working as a Visitor Experience Assistant at the Science Museum, I consider this role as a temporary position while I explore opportunities that align more closely with my interests and passion. My ultimate career goal is to pursue a path in the field of Forensic Science. In this role, I provide exceptional customer service to all visitors.
I manage the sales and cash registers and ensure visitors are directed to their desired locations. I am also responsible for promoting the museum's attractions and providing visitors with pertinent information about the museum's exhibitions, events, facilities, and services. I collaborate with the Visitor Experience team to accomplish departmental objectives.
I worked as a University Advisor at InvestIN’s Young Forensic Scientist Summer Internship where I provided my services in this role on a fixed-term basis. I contributed to educating 15-18-year-old students by providing in-depth knowledge on Forensic Genetics, Crime Scene Investigation, and Drug Analysis through consultative sessions. Additionally, I assisted in coordinating the delivery of impactful lectures by industry experts, greatly enhancing student understanding and overall awareness of the subject matter.
To foster an engaging learning environment, I facilitated interactive sessions and encouraged lively group discussions, promoting student engagement and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the topics.
I also have experience working as a Biology Content creator and Market research analyst at Test Helper Edtech Pvt. Ltd. This was a fixed-term role where I actively contributed to the development of a novel exam preparation mobile application in India, where my role involved creating original content.
I conducted thorough research and organized and analyzed information on diverse topics within the life sciences domain to generate innovative and engaging study materials. Additionally, I helped in market research to evaluate the feasibility of incorporating a test series feature. Throughout the project, I successfully managed strict time constraints to ensure the application was launched within the specified deadlines.
I recently completed a Master of Science in Forensic Science from King’s College London. I also completed a PostGraduate Certificate course in Forensic Science from the University of Delhi, Department of Anthropology. I have a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Zoology from the University of Delhi.
