I am interested in getting to know more about the retail and corporate industries. However, I am willing to discover other pathways and learn about the art of selling within a collaborative environment.

Employee at Footasylum (2022-09 – 2022-10)

During my short time at Footasylum, I was able to gain knowledge of how the fashion retail system works in terms of stock and making sales from an employee standpoint. I was able to experience how the consumer thinks and feels when it came to purchasing the clothing items they were eager to buy.

When I was working with B&M, I developed the basic knowledge of stock rotation and how the deliveries to the store work on a weekly basis. This job has since helped get used to fast-paced environments and socialising with my colleagues.

During my time with Tesco Café, I was able to gain knowledge on what it takes to make high quality coffees and other drinks by hand. I was able to gain experience first hand with operating the till and interacting with customers in terms of what they're ordering and how they want their food customised in the process.

Seasonal Sales Assistant / Permanent Sales Assistant at Clarks (2023-07 – Present)

I started out as a Seasonal Sales Assistant to which it progressed to a more permanent role after the Back to School season ended. During my time at Clarks, I was able to learn about size inclusion as well as different needs in order to find the perfect show for the individual. As well as selling, I also learned about visual merchandising for the store and how to properly display the shoes and accessories
