I am a passionate and dedicated individual eager to begin my career as an Autism Learning Support Assistant. Having recently completed my A-Levels/BAC, I am enthusiastic about applying my knowledge and skills in a practical setting. My interest in supporting children with autism stems from a deep commitment to making a positive impact on their educational journey and overall well-being.
Although I am at the start of my professional career, I bring a strong foundation in my A-Levels/BAC especially in Psychology, Sociology and a genuine desire to learn and grow within this field. I am particularly drawn to Manchester Academy because of its supportive and inclusive environment, as well as its focus on training and development, which aligns perfectly with my career aspirations.
In my previous experiences, whether through volunteer work, internships, or part-time jobs, I have developed strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. I am eager to bring my enthusiasm and dedication to Manchester Academy and to contribute to the success of its students and the broader school community.

I have gained valuable experience over the past two years working with a similar association in Morocco. During this time, I have developed a strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by children with autism. My role involved implementing individualized learning plans, supporting classroom activities, and collaborating with teachers and parents to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
This experience has equipped me with practical skills and insights that I am eager to bring to Manchester Academy. I believe my background will be a significant asset in supporting the school’s mission and contributing to the success of its students.
I have completed my A-Levels/BAC, which provided me with a strong foundation in subjects such as Psychology, Sociology. Additionally, I have undergone a six-month training program in Morocco focused on effective strategies for supporting children facing various difficulties. This training was instrumental in developing my practical skills and understanding of how to best assist students with special needs.
